1、假设某个周二你在家自己做饭，大概会做什么？ You're at home cooking on a Tuesday night, what are you cooking?
周二晚我做的是麻婆豆腐，因为十年来我一直痴迷于这道菜， 我终于学会怎么做了。我也有些不错的泰国大米。我的麻婆豆腐大绝招是无懈可击的。
Tuesday night I'm cooking mapo tofu cause I’ve been obsessed with this dish for ten years and I finally learned how to make it. I got some good Thai rice too. My mapo game is impeccable.
2、在这个环境下你会听什么样的音乐？What music are you listening to?
听的是 Ryuichi Sakamoto 于1986年出的专辑《Futurista》。最近我特别喜欢80年代日本的音乐，我一直很爱YMO，但最近才迷上他后期的作品。有时候这张专辑很难听进去，有时候听又觉得无比美妙。老实说，这张专辑的很多曲目 - 尤其是《G.T. II》 - 听起来像是更前卫现代的R&B制作，还有像Jam City的音乐（尤其是《Classical Curves》这张专辑）。由大厨Heatwolves 极力推荐。
《Futurista》
YMO：合成器摇滚乐队黄色魔术交响乐团（Yellow Magic Orchestra/ YMO）
I'm listening to this album from 1986 by Ryuichi Sakamoto called Futurista. I've been really into '80s Japanese music lately and I've always loved YMO but just recently just got into his later works. Sometimes this album is quite difficult to listen to and other times it's incredibly beautiful. Honestly a lot of this album - especially the track "G.T. II" - sounds like some of the more avant garde modern R&B production and music by cats like Jam City (esp Classical Curves). Highly recommended by chef Heatwolves.
3、为什么？Why?
做饭让我可以集中精力。你在做饭的时候不能看手机，或者分心，不然你可能切到自己。做一顿好饭需要花的时间够我听两张专辑了。下次我会给我的猫做鸡胸肉吃，看他是更喜欢猫粮还是我做的。
Cooking makes me focus. You can't check your phone or get distracted while you cook or you might cut yourself. And the amount of time it takes to cook a good meal, that's like two albums I can listen to. Next I will be cooking chicken breasts for my cat to see if he likes that more than cat food.
